Enter Air undertakes all necessary measures to avoid disruptions caused by denied boarding due to the shortage of available seats, cancellations or delays of cruises. However, there are situations of disrupted passenger carriage that Enter Air is unable to prevent. In such cases, Enter Air provides passengers with care adequate to the situation in which the disruption occurred. The rules described in General conditions of carriage of Enter Air Sp. z o.o. („OWP”, Ogólne Warunki Przewozu) apply to passengers departing from the region of European Union, from the countries being part of the European Economic Area or third countries, unless the regulations of third countries provide for benefits or indemnities therefrom.
