With the flex fare, you can cancel your booking free of charge no later than 72 hours before the start of the trip. Changes to flight dates and times are not possible. In the case of a ticket where the flex fare is combined with the economy fare, the cancellation conditions of each of them are taken into account separately for each section of the booking.
